I only buy organic produce to lower the burden on my body.

Every extra chemical your body has to process means your liver has more work to do—work that pulls it away from repair, balance, and daily maintenance.

It’s like dumping garbage into your home and then wondering why you need so many tools, repairs, and cleaners to fix it later.

People often ask, “Why do I need so many supplements?”
Because the damage created over decades takes extra time, tools, and support to clean up.

So the real question is:
Why create the damage in the first place?

Always ask. That statement alone has nothing to do with safe or sustainable practices.

Research links certain pesticide exposures to neurologic effects. Some studies associate long-term exposure with a higher risk of Parkinson’s disease—though causality is complex and not every study agrees.

• They disrupt the gut microbiome
Your gut is a living ecosystem. When it’s disrupted, immune balance and inflammation shift.
Certain synthetic pesticides, including glyphosate, have been shown to alter gut bacteria and interfere with normal detoxification. They can act in antibiotic-like ways, suppressing beneficial microbes. Imagine exposing your gut to antibiotics every day.
