Ditch Hidden Plastics in Your Kitchen

Even if you’ve already made the smart switch to a stainless steel water bottle, plastic may still be around your food, impacting your hormones and metabolism in ways you might not expect.

Plastic wraps, zip-top bags, takeout containers, and even the packaging around your favorite cheese can leach hormone-disrupting chemicals like BPA, BPS, and phthalates into your food, especially when exposed to heat or fat.

These toxins disrupt your hormones, burden your liver, confuse your cells, and contribute to weight gain, fatigue, and inflammation.

Your shift this week:
Swap out one daily source of plastic in your kitchen.
Here are easy places to start:

  • Replace plastic wrap with beeswax wraps
  • Store leftovers in glass containers
  • Keep snacks in stainless steel or silicone
  • No microwaving anything in plastic—ever!

These small swaps reduce your toxic load and create a cleaner inner environment so your cells, gut buddies, and hormones can actually start to heal.
